Accessing the Toolbox
Go to www.schoolspecialtyonline.com
鈥?
Click on the ToolBox, located under the Online Tools menu.
鈥?
Log in with your user name and password
鈥?
Click the 鈥渦sers鈥? button at the top of the screen, and then the 鈥渙rganizations鈥? button on the left hand side.
鈥?
You should now see your organization name. Click 鈥渟earch鈥? and then click on your organization name to bring
鈥?
up all users in your organization.
The user hierarchy is displayed above. Your user name and password can be found here, followed by
鈥?
everyone located underneath you in the user tree.
The Action Icons do the following:
VIEW : Clicking the VIEW icon will show you the user鈥檚 contact information, shipping and billing address
information, and their user permissions.
COPY : Clicking the COPY icon will allow you to add new users based on the information of another user. For
example: If you are creating several teachers in one school that all share the same phone numbers, fax numbers,
addresses, permissions, and e-mail suffixes, the copy function will copy that information for you and allow you to
simply change the name, passwords, and e-mail prefix.
UPDATE : Clicking the UPDATE icon will allow you to modify the user鈥檚 contact information, shipping and billing
address information, and their user permissions.
DELETE : Clicking the DELETE icon will allow you to delete a user located underneath you in the user tree.
UPDATE USER PASSWORD : Clicking the UPDATE USER PASSWORD icon will allow you to change a
password. (NOTE: This will prompt you for a security question and answer).
