FLASHPOINT: 300掳F/ 148掳 C FLAMMABILITY: Limits: LEL/1.0; UEL/6.0
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Foam, CO2 or Dry Chemical. Water may be unsuitable as an extinguishing media, but
helpful in keeping adjacent containers cool. Avoid spreading burning liquid with water used for cooling purposes. The
use of self-contained breathing apparatus is recommended for fire fighters.

STABILITY: Stable. Avoid heat/open flame. Avoid storage at high temperatures. Avoid contamination with water,
acids, strong oxidizing agent, bases and selected amines. Thermal decomposition in the presence of air may yield
carbon monoxide and/or CO2.
HAZARDOUS POLYMERIZATION: Will not occur. Keep containers away from source of ignition.

Section VI - Health Hazard Information/First Aid

PRECAUTIONS: Severe eye irritation and drying of skin, excessive inhalation causes headaches, dizziness and nausea.
Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist.
PRIMARY ROUTES OF ENTRY: Ingestion, inhalation and skin contact
EYES: Flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
INGESTION: Harmful if swallowed. Contact a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Gastric lavage is
indicated if material was taken internally. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Vomiting may cause aspiration if
indicated. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying.
SKIN: Flush affected areas with plenty of water. Wash thoroughly. Remove contaminated clothing. Get medical
attention if irritation persists.

Section VII - Precautions for Safe Handling/Use

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS: Avoid breathing vapors. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Remove pets from
areas being treated. Keep away from any food; feed stock or potable water sources. Always practice good hygiene
when handling this or any chemical.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Do not store, use, pour or spill near heat or open flame. Store insecticide in locked, cool,
dry cabinet or room. Do not store at temperatures below 40掳F. If exposed, may be precipitation (check for
crystallization) if so, warm to 80掳F/ 26掳 C and mix before using. Avoid storage at high temperatures.

Section VII - Precautions for Safe Handling/Use

HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:
EYE/FACE PROTECTION: Safety glasses, goggles or face shield.
SKIN PROTECTION: Rubber or nitrile gloves. Long sleeves, long pants, full shoes and socks. Wash hands and any
exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water before eating, drinking or smoking. Wash any contaminated clothing
thoroughly and separately before wearing again.
VENTILATION/LOCAL EXHAUST: Outdoors: Apply in a manner to stay upwind of fog. For minimum drift apply
when wind is negligible. Indoors: General, mechanical ventilation. Use NIOSH approved cartridge respirator if needed.
CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Wrap container in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. Container may be
recycled. Do not reuse.

Section VIII - Environmental and Disposal Information

PRECAUTIONS: Keep sources of ignition and hot metal surfaces isolated from the spill.
SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES: Flush spilled material into suitable retaining areas or containers with large
quantities of water. Small amounts of spilled material may be absorbed into an appropriate absorbent.
DO NOT CONTAMINATE WATER, FOOD OR FEED BY CLEANING OR EQUIPMENT OR DISPOSAL OF
WASTE.
DISPOSAL: Pesticide or rinsate that cannot be used according to Federal, State or local procedures.
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: Product is toxic to fish, birds and other wildlife. Do not contaminate water by
cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes.
