Emergency and First Aid Procedures:

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, give oxygen (To be administered by qualified medical personnel
only!) If breathing stops, perform artificial respiration. Seek medical attention.

fluid in the mouth can drain.
Other Health Warnings:

V. Fire Fighting Measures:
Flash Point: NE Lower Explosive Limit: NE Upper Explosive Limit: NE

F.P. Method:

Fire Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, sand, graphite

Special Fire Fighting Procedures:
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Cool containers with water jet in order to prevent pressure
build-up, autoignition, or explosion.
Unusual Fire and Explosion:
Can pose dust explosion hazard if dispersed in air.

"Empty" containers may contain product residue and may be dangerous. Empty containers should be completely drained and
bunged and then disposed of according to local, state, and federal regulations.
VI. Accidental Release Measures:

X. Stability and Reactivity:
Stability:
Normally stable

Incompatibility (Materials to Avoid):

Pure oxygen, strong oxidizers, ignition sources (heat, open flame, spark)

Decomposition/By Products:

Carbon monoxide and dioxide, nitrous oxides, hydrogen chloride, sulfur oxides

Hazardous Polymerization:
Will not occur.

XI. Toxicological Information:

Prolonged inhalation of iron oxide dust is known to produce a condition known as siderosis. On x-rays, it appears to be a benign
pneumoconiosis, and is not associated with pulmonary fibrosis or disability unless there is concurrent exposure to other
fibrosis-producing materials such as silica. The TLV is set to protect against siderosis.

Horizon blue T pigment contains less than 0.1% free formaldehyde and may be capable of outgassing formaldehyde at levels in
excess of OSHA's action level under some conditions of use. Formaldehyde is a potential cancer hazard.

Phthalocyanine blue may contain up to 25 ppm polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's). PCB's are a potential cancer hazard.
XII. Ecological Information:
Prevent from entering sewers or waterways. May be toxic to some aquatic life.
