Dust observed on supply/return registers at Facilities serviceperson to thoroughly Site Based 2
the time of assessment. clean and sanitize with District
approved germicidal cleaner.
Both A/C units were not on at the time of Facilities serviceperson to replace Site Based 1
assessment and filters were not HVAC filters and ensure that both A/C
installed/cut properly. units are on.
