                                          Acrylic Enamel Topcoat

DESCRIPTION



The 100 Series is a medium solids, modified acrylic enamel topcoat, which offers very good gloss with

excellent dry times. The 150 Series is compliant with the National VOC rules.

MIXING RATIO



For enhanced performance, mix eight (8) parts 150 Series color with one (1) part H150/155/47

hardener. May be reduced up to 25% by volume with S9860/9870/9885/9895.

CLEAN UP



Use NORTHSTAR Lacquer Thinner. (Check local regulations.)

SURFACE PREPARATION



Use NORTHSTAR Cleanwipe (S10) to clean substrate free of grease, dirt, and foreign contaminants.



APPLICATION



    Apply 2 鈥? 3 medium wet coats over substrate

鈥?

    Allow 10-15 minutes between coats

鈥?

    Scuff after 24 hours before recoating

鈥?

    Clean gun after spraying is completed

鈥?
