POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS
EYE:
Direct or prolonged contact may cause reddening or irritation.

INHALATION:
Trace components and residual vapors may be irritating eyes, skin, mucous
membranes, respiratory tract, and may produce symptoms of headaches, and
nausea in poorly ventilated areas.
INGESTION:

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE:
Like all urethane sealants this product contains isocyanate resins which
may cause irritation to the eyes or skin on contact. Tests have shown
that no volatile isocyanates are present.
A person sensitive to organic solvents may have shortness of breath while
using this product.
4. FIRST AID MEASURES
EYE CONTACT FIRST AID:
After initial flushing, remove any contact lenses and continue flushing
for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation develops or
persists.
SKIN CONTACT FIRST AID:
Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash affected area immediately
with large amounts of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation
develops or persists.
INHALATION FIRST AID:
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial
respiration. Get medical attention if cough or other symptoms develop.

FIRE & EXPLOSION HAZARDS:
Overheated, close containers adjacent to fire can cause the material
inside to decompose resulting in pressure build-up and possible explosion.
FIRE FIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:
As in any fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus pressure-demand
MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent) and full protective gear.
6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
SAFEGUARDS (PERSONNEL):
Wear safety goggles. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
INITIAL CONTAINMENT:
Eliminate all sources of ignition. Ventilate the area. Supply clean-up
personnel with appropriate clothing. Clean the material with mineral
spirits or a mixture of toluene/alcohol if in an uncured state (wet and
pliable). If material is cured, use a solvent such as Polyurethane
Remover.

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin. Wash hands thoroughly

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS:
Store in a clean, dry place. Moisture will cause the material to cure.

EYE / FACE PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Wear safety glasses. A respiratory protection program that meets OSHA's
29 CFR 1910-134 and ANSI Z88-2 requirements must be followed whenever
workplace conditions warrant a respirator's use.
SKIN PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Selection of specific items such as gloves, boots, apron or full-body suit
will depend on operation. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Respiratory protection is not usually required under normal uses. When
established airborne exposure limits for ammonia or formaldehyde are
surpassed, wear OSHA/NIOSH approved respirator.
