DESCRIPTION
OptiFlex is a high solids floor finish with patented optically enhanced polymer
technology that provides unsurpassed 鈥渨et look鈥? gloss, crystal clarity and out-
standing durability. Optical brightener technology built into the polymer molecules
provide a vivid brightness to resilient tile floors. It is ideal for medium maintenance
programs and has excellent spray buff and burnishing response with all types
of machines. Four coat application and extended wear properties reduces labor
and maintenance and prolongs time between stripping.
DIRECTIONS
PREPARATION: If stripping is necessary, use Onyx or Hot Shot and follow direc-
tions accordingly. If floor is in good condition and stripping is not necessary, sweep
up excess dirt and dust and then clean with a good quality cleaner to remove dirt
and oils. Follow with a thorough rinsing and allow drying completely.
FINISHING: Apply 4 liberal coats of finish using a clean mop. Allow a minimum
of 45 minutes drying time between coats. Apply additional coats to obtain
desired gloss.
BURNISHING: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Clean floor with Emerald or Rinse
Free diluted according to directions. Burnish using the appropriate pads.
RESTORATION: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Dilute TOPAZ or Flashback
UHS according to direction and apply to floor with clean mop or auto-scrubber.
Allow to dry to a haze and buff out with any type of UHS equipment - propane,
battery, or cord electric.
RECOATING: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Deep scrub using Super Blue
diluted according to directions. Apply 2 liberal coats of finish using a clean
mop.
