Broom sweep roof. Remove mildew with sodium hypochlorite or other algaecide and rinse with
water. Tack down curled and lifted seams flush with the surface.
Fill any gaps with silicon impregnated latex caulk. Any loose pieces should be gently lifted and
glued down with roofing cement.
Application:
The best method to assure good penetration of the first coat onto the surface is by the application
with a 3/4 inch nap roller. The succeeding coats may be spray or roller applied.
Multiple thin coats are preferable to one thick coat.
Allow the coating to cure thoroughly before applying the next coat, 1 to 8 hours depending on
wind, humidity and temperature conditions.
DO not apply if rain is imminent within four (4) hours after application or less than four (4) hours
before the dew settles.
