Acute Effects: Ingestion of die attach may result in lead, tellurium, or vanadium poisoning with
symptoms of weight loss, stomach cramp, loss of coordination, and joint and muscle pain. Chronic lead
toxicity can cause kidney damage and delayed effects involving the blood, gastrointestinal, nervous and
reproductive systems. Excessive exposure to lead dusts during pregnancy can result in neurological

To the best of our knowledge, the chemical, physical and toxicological properties of Die attach have not
been thoroughly investigated.
First Aid:
Inhalation - Remove too fresh air and consult a physician. If not breathing give artificial
respiration. If breathing is difficult give oxygen.
Eyes - Flush with water for at least 15 minutes and contact a physician.
Skin - Remove contaminated clothing as needed. Wash affected area with
soap and water.
Ingestion - Contact a physician promptly. Gastric lavage may be required.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING AND STORAGE
Protective equipment: Safety glasses and chemical resistant gloves.
Handling protocols: Good personal hygiene must be maintained. Do not allow eating, smoking, or
drinking in storage or use areas. Avoid ingestion and contact with skin and eyes.
Storage conditions: Store in a closed container in a cool, dry place away from food.
