   CLEANUP

   Equipment used in applying Safe-Cure & Seal 20 may

   be cleaned with soap and cool water prior to drying.

   LIMITATIONS

   � Although Safe-Cure & Seal 20 is compatible with most

        resilient floor covering adhesives, it is not for use on

        surfaces to receive concrete overlays or other such

        toppings. Consult ChemMasters Technical Service

        department for compatibility with other surface treat-

        ments.

   � Safe-Cure & Seal 20 is not to be used as a bond breaker

        on tilt-wall construction.

   � Do not apply Safe-Cure & Seal 20 to floors subjected to

        spills of gasoline or other solvent spills. Spills of

        solvents must be cleaned quickly to prevent softening

        of the membrane. Consult ChemMasters for alternate

        product recommendations.

   � Do not use if ambient or surface temperature is below

        40°F./4°C. For best results, warm material to a mini-

        mum of 50°F./10°C. prior to application.

   � Quality curing & sealing compounds and floor treat-

        ments may darken or highlight the subtle color varia-

        tions naturally present in concrete. When the difference

        in shading caused by absorptive deviation or finishing

        techniques is objectionable, consult ChemMasters
