LAND SPILL: When little, wipe off by wet cloths. Process as
inflammable garbage and carry out. When extensive,
collect in a vacant container using a broom, a shovel, etc,
and carry out as inflammable garbage. Or sweep up the
spilled material and flush up the rest with water and treat
with activated sludge; dilute with water to the oncentration
below 1%.
