Vapor forms explosive mixture with air. Hazardous gases / vapors produced in fire are
carbon monoxide.

SECTION 6 - ACCIDENTAL RELEASE / SPILL PROCEDURES
Steps to be taken in case material is released or spilled:
Use appropriate protective equipment. Review Section 5 before proceeding with clean
up. Remove all sources of heat, sparks, flame, impact, friction or electricity. Stop leak.
Dike to contain spill, cover with inert absorbent material, sweep up, and place in suitable
container. Flush area well with water. Keep spills and cleaning run-off out of municipal
sewers and open bodies of water.

SECTION 7 - HANDLING AND STORAGE
Keep container tightly closed. Store in cool, dry location. Do not mix with strong oxidants,
acids, or alkalies. Use with sufficient ventilation to keep employee exposure to airborne
concentrations below exposure limits.

Any use of this product in elevated temperature processes should be evaluated to establish and
maintain safe operating procedures.
