          Fast Break Degreaser Technical Data

Description

Environmentally friendly, biodegradable quick break degreaser with superior

degreasing properties. Formulated for use with oily water separators. Enviro Fast

Break Degreaser鈥檚 formulation consists of natural organic materials that satisfy

the most stringent solvent performance and ecological toxicity criteria and is

completely phosphate free. Enviro Fast Break Degreaser is water based with a

high flash point making it safe to handle and store



Environmental Considerations

The superior quick-break ability and efficiency of Enviro Fast Break Degreaser

make it the degreaser of choice in environmentally sensitive areas. Primary

degradation for the Enviro surfactant is essentially complete in 3 days. Enviro

Fast Break Degreaser contains no phosphates and does not cause

eutrophication in the water system. Enviro Fast Break Degreaser has no known

hazardous decomposition products.



Quick break properties

Enviro Fast Break Degreaser uses solvents that are considered 鈥淣ot Water

Endangering鈥? (German Classification). These solvents along with the naturally

derived surfactants clean oil and grease off surfaces by emulsification. When the

degreaser is rinsed off, the 鈥渂reak鈥? process commences and within a few minutes

most of the oil has broken and risen to the top of the solution where it can be

removed. The water remaining can be discharged to the sewer.



Multiple Applications

Use Enviro Fast Break Degreaser for cleaning and degreasing mining equipment

and machinery, industrial equipment, earthmoving equipment, washing parts,

engine cleaning, ship鈥檚 engines and bilges, concrete floors, service station

forecourts, kitchen and washroom floors and through high pressure washers.

Product is sea water compatible for use in marine applications.



Directions

1. Spray on or brush application: Apply liberally to surfaces that are to be

cleaned. Allow to stand for 5 minutes and then rinse off with water.

2. Tank Application: Soak for at least 15 minutes. Then remove, drain and rinse

off with water. Mild steel tank construction acceptable.

3. Parts washer: Set up as per manufacturer鈥檚 instructions.

4. Concrete cleaning; Apply to concrete and allow 2/3 minutes to soak in. Scrub

with yard broom and then rinse off with water.



Recommended dilutions

Heavy soils      Use undiluted

Medium soils     Dilute 1:4

Light soils      Dilute 1:10

Pressure washers Dilute 1:100
