TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Animal Data

Oral LD50: > 2062 mg/kg in rats
Dermal LD50: > 2000 mg/kg in rabbits
4-Hour Inhalation LC50: > 5.0 mg/L in rats

Based on component data, Agility SG is an eye irritant and
a skin sensitizer, but not a skin irritant in animals.

DICAMBA
Repeated dietary exposures to laboratory animals resulted in
reduced food consumption and lower body weights. At higher
exposures increased liver weights and clinical indications
of toxicity were observed, which included impaired gait,
tense/stiff body tone upon handling, and slower movements.

Dicamba was neither genotoxic or carcinogenic. It was not a
reproductive toxin in adults, but resulted in decreased body
weights in male and female offspring and delayed sexual
maturation in males at higher exposure levels. Developmental
effects were oberved only at exopsures that were also toxic
to the dam.
M0000699 DuPont Page 7
Material Safety Data Sheet

(TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION - Continued)

THIFENSULFURON METHYL
Repeated ingestion exposures to Thifensulfuron Methyl caused
decreased body weight and organ weight changes, and some
blood chemistry changes, including increased blood urea
nitrogen and decreased protein and globulins. Long-term
exposures caused an increase in liver weights, decreased
body weight gain, and a decreased level of sodium in the
blood when compared to the control group.

No carcinogenic effects were observed in animal tests with
Thifensulfuron Methyl. Animal data show developmental
effects only at exposure levels producing toxic effects in
the adult animal. Tests in animals demonstrate no
reproductive toxicity. Thifensulfuron Methyl does not
produce genetic damage in bacterial or mammalian cell
cultures or animals.

TRIBENURON METHYL
Repeated ingestion of high doses of Tribenuron Methyl
caused body weight loss, increased liver and thyroid/-
parathyroid weights, altered clinical chemical parameters,
but no significant gross or microscopic treatment related
effects were noted. Long-term dosing caused body weight
loss, alteration in clinical chemical parameters, and
testicular atrophy (considered to be biologically
insignificant).

Tribenuron Methyl produced an increased incidence of mammary
tumors in female rats at dose levels also producing other
significant effects. Developmental effects occurred in the
rat, but only at a dose also toxic to the dam. No
reproductive effects were observed in rats. Tribenuron
Methyl did not produce genetic damage in bacterial or
mammalian cell cultures or in animals.

METSULFURON METHYL
Repeated applications of Metsulfuron Methyl to the skin of
rabbits caused skin irritation but no other changes were
observed.

Repeated oral dosing produced decreased body weight gain and
decreased liver weights when compared to the control group.
Long term administration caused body weight loss.

Animal testing indicates that Metsulfuron Methyl does not
have carcinogenic, developmental, or reproductive effects.

There is a report indicating that Metsulfuron Methyl
produced genetic damage in a mammalian cell culture test;
however, other tests with Metsulfuron Methyl in bacterial
and mammalian cell cultures and in animals did not produce
genetic damage. The weight of evidence suggests that
Metsulfuron Methyl does not cause genetic damage.
