Enviro Klean Degreaser is a clear amber liquid with a mild citrus odor. Contact with the eyes or skin may result in irritation. Always
wear appropriate personal protective equipment when using this product.

PRIMARY ROUTES OF EXPOSURE: Eye and skin contact, as well as ingestion.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AGGRAVATED BY OVEREXPOSURE: Pre-existing skin and eye disorders may be aggravated by exposure
to this product.
EFFECTS OF OVER EXPOSURE: Acute: Concentrate contact with eyes may cause burns. Contact with skin and upper respiratory
tract may result in irritation. Ingestion may result in gastric disturbances.
EYE CONTACT: May irritate eyes, producing redness and swelling of the conjunctiva.
SKIN CONTACT: This product may cause skin irritation.
INHALATION: Mists or vapors may be irritating to upper respiratory tract, although this is not expected to be a relevant route of
exposure.
INGESTION: Ingestion may cause damage to the mouth and esophagus.
EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
EYE CONTACT: Immediately flush exposed area with water for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids apart to ensure flushing of the
entire eye surface. Get immediate medical attention. If physician is not immediately available, continue flushing with water.
Do not use chemical antidote.
SKIN CONTACT: Immediately flush exposed area with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention.
Remove contaminated clothing. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse.
INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth. If breathing is difficult, give
oxygen. Get medical attention.
INGESTION: Do not give liquids if victim is unconscious or very drowsy. Otherwise, give no more than 2 glasses of water and call
emergency room or poison control for instructions on safely inducing vomiting. If vomiting occurs, keep victim鈥檚 head below
hips to prevent aspiration.

STABILITY: Stable.
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Extreme heat.
INCOMPATIBILITY (MATERIALS TO AVOID): Strong acids and strong oxidizing agents.
HAZARDOUS COMBUSTION OR DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Carbon monoxide and other unidentified organic compounds may
be formed during combustion.
VII SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES
SPILL, LEAK, WASTE DISPOSAL PROCEDURES: CAUTION: Wear appropriate protective safety equipment to prevent skin and
eye contact. Dike area to contain spilled material and use inert absorbent or a wet-vac to pick up material for disposal. After
all visible traces have been removed, flush the area with large amounts of water.
WASTE DISPOSAL METHODS: Based on Federal EPA solid waste definitions and waste water pretreatment guidelines, rinse water
generated during the use of this material can be disposed of to sanitary sewer systems in most regions with approval of
treatment plant operators. This material should not be permitted to enter storm sewers or surface waterways without specific
permission of regulatory authorities. The product as supplied is not classified as a hazardous waste under federal
regulations. Consult appropriate federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ascertain proper disposal procedures.

VIII SPECIAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: NIOSH/MSHA approved respiratory protection should be worn in the absence of proper good
ventilation and proper environmental control. A half-mask respirator with organic vapor cartridges is sufficient in most
situations. If product mist is present, wear an approved dust/mist respirator to avoid irritant effect to lungs and upper
respiratory tract. Respiratory protection program must be in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134.
VENTILATION: Sufficient to maintain airborne concentrations as low as possible.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING: Wear protective clothing and rubber boots as necessary to minimize contact. Choice of protective clothing
reflects unique job-site and application methods.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES: Natural rubber or PVC.
EYE PROTECTION: Close fitting chemical safety goggles. Do not wear contact lenses because they may contribute to the severity of
an eye injury. A face shield may also be used if a splashing hazard exists.
OTHER PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: An eyewash should be readily available in areas where concentrates are handled. Access to a
safety shower or drench hose is recommend. Personal protective clothing and use of equipment must be in accordance with
29 CFR 1910.133 and 29 CFR 1910.132.
IX SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
WORK PRACTICES: Proper work practices and planning should be utilized to avoid contact with workers, passersby, and non-
masonry surfaces. Test all surfaces that may come in contact with product or rinse water to determine compatibility. Rinse
off unintentional over spray with large quantities of clean water. Grass and plantings may be protected by running sprinklers
to supply a continuous rinse. Do not atomize during application. Beware of wind drift. Always follow published application
rates. See the Product Data sheet and label for specific precautions to be taken during use. Smoking, eating and drinking
should be discouraged during the use of this product. Wash hands before breaks and at the end of a shift.
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN HANDLING AND STORAGE: Wear appropriate safety equipment and clothing. Do not get in
eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not take internally. Avoid breathing mist. Can cause irritation. Store in a cool, dry, well-
ventilated place. Separate from acids and organic peroxides.
Never touch eyes or face with hands or gloves that may be contaminated with this product.
Keep containers closed when not dispensing product. Use care around spilled material because it will be slippery. Treat
empty containers as if they were full.
OTHER PRECAUTIONS: Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink, or smoke in work areas.
