Other Information Uncured product can irritate eyes. Remove contact lenses before using
sealant. Do not handle lenses until sealant has been thoroughly cleaned from
hands and finger tips, as residual sealant may remain on fingers, transfer to
lenses and cause severe eye irritation.
First Aid
Swallowed If swallowed, induce vomiting in patient and seek medical attention.
Eye Flush eyes with copious quantity of water for 15 minutes. Seek medical
attention.
Skin Wipe off excess material then thoroughly wash area with plenty of soap and
water. If irritation occurs, seek medical attention.
Inhaled Remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical advice.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Exposure Limits No exposure standard is available for product as such however suppliers
recommendation:
oximesilane: STEL: 0.5ppm
STEL: Short Term Exposure Limit are airborne concentrations of substances
averaged over a period of 15 minutes. This limit should not be exceeded at
any time during a normal 8 hour working day nor should there be exposure to
the level for more than 15 minutes or for more than 4 such periods per
working day. A minumum of 60 minutes should be allowed between successive
exposures at the STEL concentration.
Eng. Controls Avoid breathing in vapours. Use in a well ventilated area.

Protective Equip. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and avoid breathing vapours.
Wear rubber gloves and eye protection.

Storage and Transport
Storage and Transport Store in a cool, dry area. Keep container closed when not in use.
Other Storage Info. The hazards associated with this product are due mainly to the reactive
silane crosslinkers, and the vapours given off when the sealant reacts with
moisture in the air. When curing is complete, the resulting product is an
inert, non-toxic, silicone elastomer.
