SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES
Wear self-contained, positive pressure breathing apparatus and full fire fighting protective clothing. Alert medical
personnel to be ready to treat poisonous cases. Decontaminate when leaving fire area. Keep unnecessary people
away. Fight fire upwind. Dike area of fire to prevent pesticide runoff. Use as little water as possible. Hot containers
may explode, use water to keep containers cool.
SECTION 5 - HEALTH INFORMATION
PRIMARY ROUTES OF EXPOSURE AND TARGET ORGANS
Skin, upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE
(1) ACUTE OVEREXPOSURE
Absorption through the skin or ingestion may result in irritation and vomiting, diarrhea, hyperirritability, headache,
lightheadedness, convulsions, miosis, loss of accommodation, hyperhiddrosis, muscle fasciculations, sphincter
failure, coma and death. May produce cholinesterase depression, kidney damage. When mixed with water it can be
absorbed through the skin.
(2) CHRONIC OVEREXPOSURE
Acute exposures may result in chronic effects affecting the Central Nervous System. Long term exposure may also
result in damage to the Central Nervous System, liver and/or kidneys.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS GENERALLY AGGRAVATED BY EXPOSURE
Disorders of the nervous system, kidneys, dermatitis, or other skin disorders.

EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
EYE CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention. SKIN CONTACT (ABSORPTION) OR
INGESTION: Remove contaminated clothing. Flush with water for several minutes. Seek medical attention. Toxic
components of this product may be absorbed through the skin. Wash clothing before reuse. If ingested, seek
medical attention immediately to have stomach emptied by lavage. Erythrocyte cholinesterase activity should be
measured. If signs and symptoms are present, give atropine (4mgI.V.). Repeat every 10 minutes until atropinized.
Observe for at least 48 hours. Opiates and phenothiazine are contraindicated. INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If
breathing is difficult give oxygen. consult a physician.
SECTION 6 - REACTIVITY DATA

Unstable Stable Store below 48.8 degrees C. Storage above 50 degrees C will result in decomposition.
