SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF EXPOSURE
(1) ACUTE OVEREXPOSURE
May cause sneezing and coughing when inhaled in sufficient concentrations. May cause severe irritation to the skin,
eyes, mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract. Ingestion may result in nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, with
delayed development of erythema, macular skin rash, and dizziness. Ingestion may also cause G.I. tract irritation,
shock, lover damage, tachycardia, and may result in death. Symptoms of exposure may include a metallic taste.
(2) CHRONIC OVEREXPOSURE
Excessive exposure to dusts by inhalation over an extended period of time may result in the development of pulmonary
diseases including pneumoconiosis and silicosis. May have reproductive effects. Excessive exposure may result in
the gastrointestinal disturbances, eye damage to the central nervous system, pneumonia and metal fume fever.

INHALATION: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth. If breathing is
difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician. EYE OR SKIN CONTACT: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at
least 15 minutes. Call a physician. Flush skin with water. Wash clothing before reuse. INGESTION: Administer
large amounts of water and contact physician or poison control center. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
