Health Effects
Swallowed: May be harmful if swallowed. Ingestion is not expected to
occur in normal industrial use.
Eye: Mild irritant.
Skin: Mild irritant.
Inhaled: Inhalation of high vapour concentrations may produce headache,
giddiness, respiratory irritation and breathing difficulties due to the solvent
component. Free isocyanate vapour is not detectable in the air above this
product, therefore effects associated with exposure to isocyanates are not
expected under normal conditions of use.
Chronic effects: Repeated or prolonged skin contact may lead to dermatitis.
First Aid
Swallowed: Do NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Contact a
doctor or Poisons Information Centre.
Eye: The eye should be flushed with water for 15 minutes, padded and the
patient taken to hospital.
Skin: Contaminated clothing should be removed and skin washed
thoroughly. Seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
Inhaled: Remove patient to fresh air. Apply artificial respiration if
necessary. Seek medical attention.
Advice to Doctor: Treat symptomatically.
