Section 3. Hazards Identification
Acute Effects Routes of EntryDermal contact. Eye contact. Inhalation.
Skin Hazardous in case of skin contact (corrosive, permeator). Skin contact may produce burns. Harmful if absorbed
through the skin.
Eyes Hazardous in case of eye contact (corrosive). Eye exposure may cause severe and permanent eye injury (blindness).
Inhalation Over-exposure by inhalation may cause respiratory irritation. Can cause central nervous system depression.
Symptoms and signs include headaches, dizziness, fatigue, muscular weakness, drowsiness and, in extreme cases, loss
of consciousness.
Ingestion Unlikely in this form.
Chronic Effects The substance may be toxic to central nervous system, blood, kidneys, liver. Repeated or prolonged
exposure to the substance can produce target organs damage. Repeated or prolonged contact with
spray mist may produce chronic eye irritation and severe skin irritation. Repeated or prolonged
exposure to spray mist may produce respiratory tract irritation leading to frequent attacks of bronchial
infection.

Section 4. First Aid Measures
Eye Contact Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get
medical attention immediately.
Skin Contact In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing
contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation develops.
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give

oxygen. Get medical attention.
Ingestion Unlikely in this form. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Never give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. If affected person is conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Get medical attention
immediately.
