Skin Contact: For skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water.
If irritation persists, get medical attention.

Eye Contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for
at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Ingestion: If the material is swallowed, get immediate medical attention or advice
-- Do not induce vomiting.


5. Fire-Fighting Measures
Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, foam, carbon dioxide.

Specific Methods: Use water to dilute spills and to disperse flammable vapors.
Water may be used to cool exposed containers to prevent pressure
build-up and explosion when exposed to extreme heat.

Specific Hazards: Empty containers may retain product residue including Flammable or
Explosive vapors. Do not cut, drill, grind, or weld near full, partially full,
or empty product containers.
Fire and Explosion hazards are DANGEROUS when this material is
exposed to heat or flame.
Vapors are heavier than air and may travel along the ground to some
distant source of ignition and flash back.

Protection of Firefighters: Fire fighters should be equipped with NIOSH-approved, self-contained
breathing apparatus (SCBA) and full protective clothing.


6. Accidental Release Measures
Personal Precautions: Evacuate the area promptly. Keep upwind of the spilled material and
isolate exposure.
Avoid inhalation of vapor, fumes, dust and/or mist from the spilled
material.
Avoid skin contact with the spilled material.
Eliminate all sources of ignition or flammables that may come into
contact with a spill of this material.
Ventilate the contaminated area.
Wear appropriate protective equipment and clothing during clean-up.

Environmental Precautions: Do not allow the spilled product to enter public drainage system or
open water courses.

Methods for Cleaning Up: Contain the discharged material.
Absorb the spilled material with an inert absorbent (nonflammable)
material.
Scrape up the spilled material and transfer to a suitable container for
disposal.

This product contains naphthalene. A U.S. National Toxicology Program
Chronic (Long Term) Toxicity:
(NTP) report states that a lifetime inhalation exposure to naphthalene
resulted in increases in tumors of the nose in rats. In a previous U.S.
NTP study, lifetime inhalation exposure to naphthalene increased lung
tumors in female mice. The relevance of the rodent findings to humans
is questionable.
