EFFECTS OF ACUTE EXPOSURE TO PRODUCT
Hazardous in case of ingestion. Slightly hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of eye contact (irritant), of inhalation.
May cause irritation although it is considered essentially non-irritating. May cause slight transient eye irritation. Corneal
injury is unlikely. May cause respiratory tract irritation. Single dose oral toxicity is considered to be low. Small amounts
swallowed incidental to normal handling are not likely to cause injury. Swallowing large amounts may cause injury. May
cause gastrointestinal tract irritation with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive thirst, headache, malaise, fatigue, fever,
chills, anorexia. It may affect the kidneys (nephrosis, glycosuria), liver, bone marrow/blood (transient bone marrow
depression, anemia, prolonged thrombin time), cardiovascular system (hypotension).
EFFECTS OF CHRONIC EXPOSURE TO PRODUCT
Repeated or prolonged exposure is not known to aggravate medical condition. Hazardous in case of ingestion. Slightly
hazardous in case of skin contact (irritant), of inhalation.

ENGINEERING CONTROLS (SPECIFY eg. VENTILATION, ENCLOSED PROCESS)
Use process enclosures, local exhaust ventilation, or other engineering controls to keep airborne levels below
recommended exposure limits. If user operations generate dust, fume or mist, use ventilation to keep exposure to
airborne contaminants below the exposure limit.
LEAK AND SPILL PROCEDURE
Use appropriate tools to put the spilled solid in a convenient waste disposal container. Finish cleaning by spreading
water on the contaminated surface.
WASTE DISPOSAL
According to local, provincial, and federal regulations.
HANDLING PROCEDURES AND EQUIPMENT
Keep away from heat. Keep away from sources of ignition. Do not ingest. Do not breathe dust. If ingested, seek medical
advice immediately and show the container or the label. Keep away from incompatibles such as oxidizing agents.
STORAGE REQUIREMENTS
Keep container tightly closed. Keep container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Container may be hazardous when
empty since they retain product residues (Dust, Solids) observe all warnings and precautions listed for the product

SECTION 8 - FIRST AID MEASURES
SPECIFIC MEASURES
Wash with soap and water. Cover the irritated skin with an emollient. Get medical attention if
SKIN
irritation develops.
Check for and remove any contact lenses. In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of
EYES
water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention
If inhaled remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give
INHALATION
oxygen. Get medical attention.
INGESTION Do NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person. Loosen tight clothing such as collar, tie, belt or waistband. Get
medical attention if symptoms appear.
IF IRRITATION PERSISTS AND IN ALL OTHER CASES, GET IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION.
