         Eyes and Skin:      Flush with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. Wash contaminated clothes before

                             reuse. Consult a physician if irritation persists.

         Ingestion:          Flush mouth with water. Get medical attention

         Inhalation:         Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. Get medical attention.

         Extinguishing Media: Foam, CO2, Water

         Unusual Fire and Explosion Hazards: In case of fire ortho-Phosphoric Acid may decompose into toxic fumes.

         Cotain spill and then clean up with copious amount of water. Avoid contact with skin and clothing. Dispose acc. to

         section 13.

         Do not pipette by mouth.

         Do not eat, drink or smoke in areas where kit reagents or samples are handled.

         Avoid contact of skin or mucous membranes with kit reagents or specimens.

         Rubber or disposable latex gloves and protective clothing should be worn while handling kit reagents or specimens.

         Avoid splashing or generation of aerosols.

         H2O2 easily oxidizes materials. Avoid contact between H2O2 and oxidizing materials. Extreme temperature may initiate

         spontaneous combustion.

         Ortho-Phosphoric Acid can react with metals and strong bases. Thermal decomposition may result in toxic fumes of

         phosphoroxide and/or phosphine.

         Acute effects:      May cause skin and eye irritation.

                             May be harmful if absorbed through the skin.

         Dispose all excess reagents and samples in biohazardous waste. Alternatively excess reagents and samples, as well

         as empty reagent containers can be autoclaved for at least one hour prior to discarding.

         Observe all federal, state and local environmental regulations.
