3. Possible Dangers
Harmful by inhalation and contact with skin. Harmful if swallowed. Flammable product. Irritates skin.
4. First Aid and Measures
after Eye contact: Immediately flush with large amounts water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting
the upper and lower eylids. If eye irritation persits consult an eye doctor.
skin contact: If clothing becomes contaminated, remove and launder before reuse. Wash the
contaminated skin with soap and water. If irritation persists consult a doctor.
Swallowing: Thoroughly rinse the mouth with water. Do not induce vomiting. Contact a physician
immediately.
Inhalation: If eye, nose and throat irritation from vapours develops, move to fresh air, until
symptoms disappear. Keep free respiritory tract. If you feel unwell contact a physician.
In all cases of doubt or if symptoms persist, seek medical attention and show the product label or this sheet to the
doctor.
5. Fire Fighting Measures:
Extinguishing Media: Water mist, alcohol foam, CO2, dry chemical. Use extinguishing media appropriate for
surrounding materials.
Do not use: Water jet.
Special danger using the material: Take care of backfire. Vapors are heavier than air and spread
near the floor
Gases or combustion products form: CO, CO2
Special protective equipment: In case of a large fire use protective clothing and always use
self-contained breathing apparatus when fighting fires.
Further informations: Cool endangered containers by water mist.
6. Accidental Release Measures
Person related-measures: Prevent direct eyes and skin contact to the product. Do not inhale vapors. Use
protective equipment for removal of spilled material.
Protective Measures for the environment: Keep out of sewers.
Procedure for cleaning: Absorb spilled liquid with absorbent material (sand, diatomite, universal
absorbent) and dispose of in acordance with the local regulations. Make sure of
sufficient ventilation.

7. Storage and Handling
Requirements for store rooms and containers: During non-use keep containers tightly closed and store in a cool,
well ventilated location (also near the floor).
Notes on joint storage: Keep away from acids. In contact with strong oxidizing agents
violent reactions possible.
Notes on fire and explosion protection: Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Empty containers may contain a rest of the product or vapors. Therefore, while handling empty containers, the hints
given in this safety data sheet should be observed as well.
