3. HAZARD IDENTIFICATION
This material is of low acute oral toxicity and is not classified as being
hazardous by skin contact. It is a moderate eye irritant but is non-irritating to
the skin. Inhalation of dust may produce irritation of the respiratory tract.

Overexposure to this material may produce the following symptoms -

Inhalation - Irritation of the respiratory tract, sore throat and coughing.

The effect of rhodium compounds on the environment has not been
investigated but the hazard is thought to be low. Rhodium is not
concentrated by plants or animals. Natural processes will tend to produce
