5. First Aid measures

First Aid: If poisoning occurs, contact doctor or Poisons
Information Centre. Phone 131 126.


Swallowed: If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Wash mouth
with water and give a glass of water to drink.

Eyes: If product gets in eyes, wash eyes to remove material. No
further measures should normally be required.

Skin: If product gets on skin, wash skin to remove material. No
further measures should normally be required.

Inhalation: No first aid measures normally required. However, if vapours
or dusts have been inhaled, and irritation has developed,
remove to fresh air and observe until recovered. If irritation
becomes painful or persists more than about 30 minutes,
seek medical advice.

7. Handling and Storage

Storage temperature: Store below 25C (air conditioning) in a cool dry place
Do not store in direct sunlight. Store in a tightly closed
container.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from
incompatible substances. Keep refrigerated. (Store below
4掳C/39掳F.) Store protected from moisture.

Handling: Wash thoroughly after handling. Use with adequate
ventilation. Avoid breathing dust, mist, or vapor. Avoid
contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Keep container tightly
closed. Avoid ingestion and inhalation. Store protected from
light. Use only in a chemical fume hood. Keep from contact
with moist air and steam.


8. Accidental release measures

Spills and Disposal: Clean up all spills promptly. Contain dry material by sweeping
up or vacuuming. Vacuuming may disperse dust if appropriate
dust collection filter is not part of the vacuum. Be aware of
potential for dust explosion when using electrical equipment.
Large spills due to traffic accidents, etc., should be reported
immediately to Dox-al Australia Pty. Ltd. Prevent spilled
material from flowing onto adjacent land or into streams,
ponds, or lakes. Wear protective equipment, including eye
protection, to avoid exposure.

What cannot be recovered should be transferred to a suitable
container. Arrange removal by a disposals company. Wash
site of spillage thoroughly with water and detergent.

When mixing and handling, use protective clothing, impervious gloves, and dust respirator.
Operators should wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. If accidental eye
contact occurs, immediately rinse with plenty of water. Respiratory Protection: Use an

Consumption by unapproved species may result in toxic
reactions.


Inhalation protection: If the product is being used in dusty or confined conditions,
use of a mask or respirator may be preferred. For help in
selecting suitable equipment, consult AS/NZS 1715.

Protective Gloves: Protective gloves are not normally necessary when using this
product. However, it is always prudent to wear gloves. For

product. However, it is always prudent to use protective

protective clothing. However, its use is recommended as a

Shake and empty contents into medicated feed. Do not dispose of undiluted
chemicals on-site. Puncture or shred and bury empty bag in a local authority landfill. If no
landfill is available, bury the bag below 500mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set
up for this purpose, clear of waterways, vegetation or roots. Empty bag and left over product
should not be burned.
