Ambion has evaluated all of its products to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Per section 1910.1200 of Title
29CFR, the following products are considered hazardous, are all variations of the same products and thus do not
require separate material safety data sheets.

Special Fire Fighting Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing.
Fire/Explosion Hazards Emits toxic fumes under fire conditions. Container explosion may occur.
HEALTH HAZARD DATA
Acute and chronic neurotoxin, suspected carcinogen. May cause nervous system disorders.
Effects of Overexposure Readily absorbed through skin. All overexposure should receive medical immediate
attention. Handle with care and protective equipment.
Emergency First Aid Flush affected area with water, use safety shower Remove to fresh air.
Irrigate eyes and skin for at least 15 minutes. Notify physician immediately
and give information concerning exposure amount and time, state that you
have been exposed to acrylamide.

Stability Stable
Incompatibility Strong oxidizing agents and high temperatures. Light sensitive.
Hazardous Decomp. Products Thermal decomposition may produce CO2 and CO and nitrogen oxides.

Hazardous Polymerization May occur. Avoid temperatures above 50 C.
SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES
If released or spilled Ventilate area. Absorb with inert material. Place in container with a lid. Wash
spill area when cleanup is complete.
Waste Disposal Method Dispose according to federal, local and state regulations.
