HEALTH HAZARD DATA
Acute and chronic toxicity hazard, Acrylamide may cause nervous system damage. Risk depends on duration
and level of exposure. Handle with extreme care.
Effects of Overexposure Readily absorbed through skin. All overexposure should receive medical
immediate attention. Symptoms of overexposure include increased sweating
of the hands and feet, numbness, tingling and weakness in the extremities.
Emergency First Aid Flush affected area with copious amounts of water. Clean with soap.
Remove to fresh air. Irrigate eyes and skin for at least 15 minutes. Notify
physician immediately and give information concerning exposure amount and
time, state that you have been exposed to acrylamide.

Stability Stable
Incompatibility Strong oxidizing agents bases, and acids. Avoid heat and UV Light.
Hazardous Decomp. Products Thermal decomposition may produce ammonia, nitrogen oxides, cyanuric
acid, cyanic acid, CO2 and CO.
Hazardous Polymerization May occur. Avoid high temperatures
SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES
If released or spilled Absorb with inert material immediately. Do not allow to enter floor drains.
Wash spill area thoroughly when cleanup is complete.
Waste Disposal Method Dispose according to federal, local and state regulations.
