ROUTE OF ENTRY:
SKIN CONTACT...............Moderate irritant. May cause dermatitis and allergic responses.
SKIN ABSORPTION............Repeated or prolonged overexposure may cause sensitization.
EYE CONTACT................Moderate irritant. May cause reversible corneal injury.
INHALATION, ACUTE :..............Irritating to respiratory tract. Intoxicant. Overexposure shown by
headache, dizziness and confusion to coma. Material aspirated into lungs
may cause chemical pneumonitis.
INGESTION..................May cause irritation/burns of mouth, throat and stomach. Symptoms include
nausea, abdominal pain and possible collapse.
EFFECTS OF ACUTE EXPOSURE........Possible skin, eye, and respiratory tract irritation.
EFFECTS OF CHRONIC EXPOSURE......This product contains xylenes. High exposure to xylenes in some animal
studies have been reported to cause health effects on the developing
embryo/fetus. The significance of these findings to humans has not been
determined. Deliberate and repeated inhalation of concentrated solvent
vapors may cause permanent neurological damage. Preexisting pulmonary and
dermatological disorders may be aggravated by exposure to hazardous
components.
