How It Works
MData Handoff eliminates handoff lists that are manually written on note pads or sticky-notes by electronically generating
a single, centralized list for each care team. The application generates items for tracking diagnosis, code status and
allergies, along with a problem list integrated with relative patient information. Each team member subscribes to a team
and is then able access the handoff lists from which they can track and edit the Dx, code status, allergies, and current to-
do list for all of the team鈥檚 patients via mobile devices, tablet PCs, laptops or desktop computers.
