Concrete & Hard Surface Care
For Use On:
Quarry Tile Concrete
A premium quality acrylic membrane coating for curing and sealing new
concrete surfaces. This waterbased coating can be used for interior and
Concrete Cure exterior applications where demands for excellent adhesion, chemical
resistance, and wear are required. Fast drying with no solvent fumes
makes this an ideal product for use in closed areas. Curing membrane
& Seal performance meets ASTM C-156 requirements.
Manufacturer鈥檚 Recommendation: This coating is to be applied without
VOC Content = 36.3 grams/liter, excluding water
CURING AND SEALING NEW CONCRETE: Allow concrete to dry
and harden until safe for traf铿乧. Sweep up loose dirt or dust. No need
to neutralize. Apply liberal coat using a garden type sprayer, mop,
squeegee, roller, or lambs wool applicator. If higher gloss is desired, allow
铿乺st coat to dry approximately 45 minutes and apply second coat.
SEALING OLD UNSEALED CONCRETE
PREPARATION: Remove all grease, oil, and other foreign material by
scrubbing with a heavy-duty cleaner and good scrub brushes. Smooth
dense concrete surfaces should be acid conditioned before application.
Rinse 铿俹or thoroughly with clear water and allow to dry.
APPLICATION: Apply a liberal coat using a garden type sprayer,
squeegee, roller, or lambs wool applicator. If higher gloss is desired apply
a second coat after allowing 铿乺st coat to dry approximately 45 minutes.
Surface temperature should be above 40掳F. Allow 铿乶al coat to dry at
least 12 hours before allowing heavy traf铿乧 onto 铿俹or.
