               Adjust-a-Trak Penetration-free Forming Systemâ„?



  The MILCO Adjust-a-Trakâ„? Penetration-free Forming System is based upon the use

  of MILCO EdgeTrak�, FormBlock�, CommonTrak� and TrakCap� forms �

  re-useable, height-adjustable PVC U-shaped channel tracks with built-in 45-degree

  chamfers at the base (See the MILCO Website for job-site photos.)



  With the MILCO Adjust-a-Trakâ„? System, quick installation of edge forms and

  common forms is made with these easy steps...



         (1)     For edge form installations, MILCO 6" x 6" PVC FormBlockâ„?

         panel support blocks are installed on 24" centers on the floor slab

         against the snap lines along the perimeter edges of the slab with

         MILCO Tilt-Up Spray Adhesive. A suitable panel form, such as

         standard height 1c"-thick iLevel� TrusJoist® TimberStrand® LSL

         panel form, is inserted into the EdgeTrakâ„? channel and then together

         fitted against the "L"-shaped 5" x 6" concrete form brackets that have

         been pre-attached to the MILCO FormBlocksâ„? .



         (2)     To adjust panel height, a 1c" - wide LSL or plastic spacer of

         pre-determined height is inserted into the Adjust-a-Trakâ„? channel

         before insertion of the panel form. The spacers are distributed along the

         Adjust-a-Trakâ„? as necessary to support the ends of each length of LSL

         panel form that will rest on top of the spacers.



         (3) CommonTrakâ„? sections are installed against a chalk line directly

         to the floor slab with MILCO Tilt-up Spray Adhesive. A suitable panel

         form, such as standard height 1c"-thick iLevel® TimberStrand® LSL

         panel form, is then inserted into the CommonTrakâ„? channel. Finally,

         MILCO TrakCap is placed over the previously inserted panel form to

         finish the installation.

         forms and strips and forms securely attached in cold, wet, humid or hot, dry

         Adhesive is not materially affected by moisture or humidity and it is suitable for

         most wet or dry-weather installations where floor slab or casting bed

         temperatures can range from 33º F to 160º F.

         one end of a form or strip after the pour or lift-up... it pops right off the floor

         slab!    And if you need to correct a mistake in positioning the form or strip

         which sluffs off with UV exposure. Any left-over residue is easily removed with

         a high pressure water sprayer, scraper, wire brush or 3Mâ„? Adhesive Remover
