DESCRIPTION
An ultra concentrated high foam liquid hand dishwashing detergent
for use on all food service wares. A neutral pH assures low irritation
to skin. Consists of a blend of high sudzing, biodegradable synthetic
detergents with a built-in foam stabilizer. It鈥檚 the ideal choice
for handwashing of pots, pans utensils, glassware and other food
department equipment.
DIRECTIONS
USE DILUTIONS FOR USE ON POTS, PANS, DISHES,
GLASSWARE AND UTENSILS:
Add 1 ounce of detergent to 5 gallons of water.
Permit spigot to run with force to increase foaming action of cleaner.
For pre-soaking. Add 1/2 ounce of detergent with 1 gallon of hot water.
Wash dishes, rinse and permit them to air dry. It is not necessary to
wipe pots, pans, dishes or glasses. They will dry to a spot free
sparkle. Will remove lipstick from glasses without effort. Will not affect
the head of beer in glasses or mugs.
FOR GREASY POTS AND PANS: Cleans greasy pots and pans
without effort. Merely use 1/2 ounce of detergent to each pan, fill with
hot water, and let stand while other dishes are being washed. Then
wash in the usual manner.
