EMERG ENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES:
INHALATION: If respiratory irritation or distress occurs remove victim to fresh air. Seek medical attention if respiratory irritation
or distress con tinues.
INGESTION: If victim is conscious and alert, give 1-2 glasses of water to drink. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious
person. Seek medical attention. Do not leave victim unattended.
SK IN: In case of co ntact, wash with plen ty of soap and w ater. Seek m edical attention if irritation develops or persists.
EYE: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes using an eyewash fountain. Lift upper
and low er lids and rinse well under them . Get m edical attention if irritation develops or persists.

IX SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Precautions to Be Taken in Handling and Storage: Store in tightly closed containers. Store in an area that is dry. Avoid breathing
dusts or vapors. Avoid direct or prolonged contact with skin and eyes. Use non-sparking tools and grounded/bonded equipment and
containers when transferring. Store under inert gas. Dry powders can build static electricity charges when subjected to the friction of
conveying, mixing or sliding. Provide adequate precautions, such as electrical grounding, or inert atmospheres when material is used
in the presence of flamm able materials to prevent ignition.
Wo rk Practices: Do not sto re, use, and/or co nsume foods, be verages, tobacco products, or cosm etics in areas w here this m aterial is
stored. Wash hands and face carefully before eating, drinking, using tobacco, applying cosmetics, or using the toilet. Wash exposed
skin p rom ptly to rem ove accid ental sp lashes of co ntact w ith this m aterial.
