IX SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS

Precautions to Be Taken in Handling and Storage: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Avoid inhalation. Silver Nitrate should be
stored in sealed containers or packages and not exposed to light. In view of its strong oxidizing properties silver nitrate must be
stored away from flamm able materials and ammonia, and in a cool, well-ventilated place.
Other Precautions: Lab coat and apron, flame and chemical resistant coveralls, eyewash capable of sustained flushing, safety drench
shower and hygienic facilities for washing.

Caution: Dust may be irritating to eyes and lungs
